These terms apply to bookings, orders, gift vouchers and use of the Konkan website for our two restaurants — Konkan Clanbrassil Street (46 Upper Clanbrassil Street, Dublin 8, D08 RF88) and Konkan Dundrum (1 Upper Kilmacud Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14, D14 X3F6). 1. Table reservations

  • Tables can be booked online through our website or by phoning the branch.
  • Bookings for 4 guests or fewer are made through our online booking system (ResDiary).
  • Bookings for 5 guests or more are arranged through our group-booking enquiry form.
  • Card details are required to secure a booking through the online system.
  • A deposit may be required for some bookings.
  • A minimum spend applies: at least one main course, or €25 per person.

2. Cancellations, changes & no-shows

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a booking — 48 hours for parties of 6 or more.
  • A charge of €25 per person may apply for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • You can cancel or change a booking via the website or by phoning the branch directly.

3. Online orders & takeaway

  • Online orders for collection/takeaway are placed through our ordering partner, Toast, with one ordering page per branch. Orders are processed on Toast's platform under Toast's own terms and payment handling.
  • To change or cancel an order after it is placed, please phone the restaurant as soon as possible — once the kitchen has begun preparing an order it may not be possible to change or refund it.

4. Delivery

Delivery availability, areas and terms are currently being confirmed. Where delivery is offered, it is arranged from the relevant branch; please contact us for current details.

5. Allergens & dietary requirements

In case of any allergy, we strongly advise you to bring it to our attention while placing your order, even if the allergen is not listed for that particular dish on the menu. Information left in the comment section while ordering online can sometimes go unnoticed — we strongly request you to call the restaurant before placing the order and we will be glad to assist. Please note that, due to the nature of cooking and the high risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be completely allergen-free.

We offer vegetarian and vegan options, and some dishes can be adapted; gluten-free options may be available — please ask staff for guidance rather than relying on menu labels alone.

6. Gift vouchers

Our gift vouchers are accepted across all three of our restaurants and can be used for dine-in, collection, or delivery. They are also redeemable at our Inchicore retail outlet, Kari Stores.
  • Gift vouchers are purchased through our voucher partner (VoucherConnect) under their terms and payment handling.
  • Voucher expiry terms are currently being confirmed (Irish gift vouchers are generally valid for at least 5 years).
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Prices, menus & availability

  • Menu items and prices are subject to change and to availability; the menu shown online may not reflect same-day availability.
  • Seasonal, event and set menus (e.g. Early Bird, festival menus) may have their own conditions and serving times, as stated on the relevant menu.

8. Privacy & your data

  • When you book, order, buy a voucher, contact us or sign up to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide (such as name, phone, email and booking/order details) to provide that service.
  • Some services are run by third parties who handle your data under their own privacy terms: ResDiary (bookings of 4 or fewer), our group-booking form provider (larger groups and catering enquiries), Toast (online orders) and VoucherConnect (gift vouchers).
  • Our full privacy policy and data-contact details are currently being confirmed. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
  • We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given and as required by law.

9. Website content

The Konkan name, logo, photography and website content are owned by Konkan and may not be copied or reused without permission. Links to third-party sites (booking, ordering, voucher, maps, social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

10. Governing law & changes

  • These terms are intended to be governed by the law of Ireland.
  • We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be on this page.
